No subscriptions. No per-seat fees. You choose how many creators and which deliverable, and that is your Campaign Amount. GST is 18% on top. The cost of the product itself is billed on its own and is never folded into the Campaign Amount.
Product Cost is the real cost of the goods you send out. It is invoiced on its own line and is never part of the Campaign Amount or the GST base shown above.
One rate per creator, per deliverable. Pick the deliverable, pick how many creators, and the Campaign Amount is just the multiplication.
Big campaigns get a rate card by follower band, set with you. You can add cash per creator on any campaign.
Above the barter tier the creator quotes their own rate. You accept or counter once, then it locks and we hold the money until the content is live. Price is quoted and countered in a form, with no per-unit price list. Work chat opens once the gig is locked. It is for the brief, files and dates only. Paid gigs are for creators at Silver, which is 10 completed campaigns.
You see one blended number, creator fee (incl. platform fee). It is the creator's quote with our fee already added. Two revisions are included. The creator is paid 7 days after the content goes live.
Ad rights are a separate add-on if you want to run the Instagram or YouTube content as a paid ad, monthly or one time forever. Paid gigs only, never barter.
Every figure below is Campaign Amount only. GST at 18% and the cost of the product itself are added on top, and the product cost is invoiced on its own line.
One identity-verified pool, matched to your buyer.
Creators tell you what they really think, good or bad. Disclosed and within platform policy.
Photos and video, yours to reuse anywhere. Paid ad usage is a separate add-on.

Yes. You pay per campaign — no subscription, no recurring charge. Run another campaign whenever you want.
Campaign Amount = number of creators × rate. GST is 18% of the Campaign Amount. Product Cost — what the goods actually cost you — is billed on its own and is never inside the Campaign Amount. Total = Campaign Amount + GST + Product Cost.
No, and we never will. We sell trials and feedback, not reviews. There is no price for it in the rate card, no line for it on an invoice, and no entry for it in the campaign setup. Creators are paid for finishing the trial, never for the rating they give, and a brief cannot ask for a star rating or a required opinion. If a creator chooses to leave a public review, it is their choice, unpaid, and disclosed.
No. There is no follower minimum to join, and no 10k Instagram or 1k YouTube minimum anywhere. Paid gigs open at Silver, which is earned by finishing campaigns. Follower count only sets the rate band.
You pay first, then admin approves and it goes live. If it is rejected, the money goes straight back to your brand wallet with the reason recorded. Campaigns are only ever held for a restricted category, a product link we cannot check, missing product information, or settings that do not add up — never for budget size or how fast you want to launch.
It depends on what you are giving. For a product, it depends on courier time, the window the creator has to accept, and the return window. For a place or a slot, it depends on when the creator books. For an event, it is your event date. We do not promise a turnaround in days.
Barter campaigns are 24 hours by default, and you can set 48 or 72 instead. Paid gigs get up to 7 days, because bigger creators need longer. If nobody accepts in time the offer simply drops and the slot moves to the next eligible creator.
Parcels do sometimes go missing in transit — that risk sits with you and the courier. There is no strike, no flag and no deduction on the creator; they are never blamed or charged. Admin marks the order not delivered, logs it, and releases them from the campaign.
They get no money back on the product and a flag goes on their account. Two flags and they are suspended. There are no cash fines anywhere on Trialloop.
