The rules for brands and creators, in plain words.
These are draft terms, written from how Trialloop already works on this site. They become final once the company is registered and a lawyer has checked them. Until then this site is a demo: nothing is charged and no money moves.
Brands give creators a product, a stay, a slot, online access, an event invite or cash. The creator tries it and sends honest feedback, plus content the brand owns. We sell trials and feedback. We never sell reviews.
A brand pays for a campaign before it goes out: the Campaign Amount (creators × rate), GST 18% on the Campaign Amount, and the product price for each creator when creators buy it on a marketplace. A new brand account is checked once by our team. Every new campaign is checked before it goes live.
If we reject a campaign, the money goes back to the brand wallet with the reason written down. Money in the wallet can pay for the next campaign.
Creators are paid for finishing the trial and sending feedback, never for a good score. A brief cannot ask for a star rating, a positive opinion or a number of reviews; a brief like that is blocked. A public marketplace review is the creator's own choice, unpaid, and always disclosed. Brands rate the quality of each creator's feedback from 1 to 5. That is a rating of the feedback, not a review of the product.
Any post about something a creator got through Trialloop is an ad, even a free product. The creator shows a clear label such as Ad, Sponsored, Collaboration or Free gift on the post itself, and uses Instagram's Paid partnership tag or YouTube's Includes paid promotion tick.
Instagram is a Reel. YouTube is a Short. The brand can approve the content or ask for a change, up to 2 changes. The words and the opinion stay the creator's own.
The brand owns the feedback and the content made for the campaign, to use on its own pages. Running a creator's content as a paid ad is extra: ad rights are agreed and paid on top, and renewed each month only if both sides say yes.
Trialloop never handles or ships products. The brand sends them itself and adds the courier and tracking number for each parcel. On the marketplace route the creator buys it, uploads the order screen, keeps it after the return window and gets the product price back from us. If a parcel goes missing, the creator is never blamed: our team marks it not delivered, writes down the reason and releases the creator.
We ask only for what we need to run a campaign: your WhatsApp number, name, Instagram or YouTube handle and city, and for brands the business name, PAN, GST number and work email. We use it to match you, message you on WhatsApp and pay you. We never sell it. In this demo it is kept in your own browser, and a copy of what you send reaches our team. Message us on WhatsApp to see it or have it deleted. The final privacy policy replaces this draft.
Message us on WhatsApp from any page, or write to us. The final terms, with our registered business name and address, replace this draft.
